Let's shop Airbus - register & create an account
There are two options how you can register and create a new Customer Account: Login or Checkout after purchasing. Please always ensure that the email adress you are using at registration is valid and written correctly! Otherwise ordering will not be possible.
Log In to create an account
In the left navigation bar you find a Log In link. Click on this link and you will be redirected to a Log In or Create an Account page. As registered customer you can simply Log In. In case you are not yet registered you will be required to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password. Your password needs to comprise 6 characters or more. We recommend using a combination of letters and numbers. When you click Submit, your customer account will be created and you will by redirected to the My Overview page. Next time you visit "Let's shop Airbus" please click on the Log In link and provide your user name and password - this way you have full access to all your previous and current ordering data, etc.
Create an account / register
You can also create an account / register at the time you proceed to the checkout. After selecting your items you can finalise your order by clicking the Proceed to Checkout button in the Shopping Cart. Then you will have the option to login to your previously created account. If you do not yet have an account you will have the possibility to create a new one by selecting Register.
I forgot my password. What to do?
No problem, we will email it to you. Click on the Log In link on the left navigation bar. You will be redirected to the New Customers / Registered Customers page. Click on the link in the Registered Customers box "Forgot Your Password?". Then click on the Submit button and your password will be sent to your email address automatically.
How do I change my address details?
In the Addresses tab, you will have the option to enter one or more addresses for your account. For each address you wish to create, click Add New Address. Please enter your information. You can designate separate default billing and shipping addresses by selecting the check boxes. The default addresses will automatically be selected from the address drop-down each time an order is placed with your account.

Ordering at Let's shop Airbus online is very easy. You are prompted to go one step at a time as you proceed through the electronic shop. We have created a comprehensive catalog to make finding the perfect product simple for you. You can also narrow your search within a category by using the option Sort by located on top of the page.
Is online ordering secure?
Protecting your order information is our top priority. Let´s Shop Airbus uses Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. When you input your information into our system at "Place Order," your shipping information and credit card information is sent in an encrypted code that only our PCI DSS authorized payment service provider can decode. This information is sent to a credit card payment processor that validates your name, address and credit card information. Your encrypted credit card information is then stored in a secure computer until your product is shipped, and your credit card is charged. Your order form, including your encrypted credit card information is once again archived in a secure computer that can only be accessed by our PCI DSS authorized payment service provider.
How do I check the availability of a product?
We make an effort to always keep the availability of our products up to date. In case a product will be temporarily not available, it is marked Out of stock and can not be ordered. You are welcome to use our notification service by selecting "Notify me when back in stock" on the product page. After restocking, you will be informed via email.

I have general problems while ordering
Please email us! State 'Urgent Ordering Problem' in the subject header of your message. We will get back to you as soon as possible during our business hours. Please note that it is important to ensure you have filled in all necessary spaces on your order form to avoid problems with or delays of your order.
I sent out a duplicate order by mistake
If so, we will advise you by email immediately and refund any overpayment. We never fullfill duplicate orders - guaranteed, so do not worry!
I get a message about secure areas. Is that ok?
If you see a dialogue box stating 'Enter secure page', click 'YES' to proceed.
I have a slow connection / timeout to Let's shop Airbus
This site is always online (99.9% of the time). If you experience connection problems it might be your own connection and/or ISP. Please try again.

Once the checkout process has been successfully completed you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
This confirmation includes all important data according to your order.

Previous to contacting us, please check if one of the following reasons applies:
- The email adress you were using at registration is written incorrect. You can change it at the My Overview page
- Your email provider is blocking your email as SPAM.

May I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately not, as we are providing a just in time delivery service. But you have the possibility to return your order within two weeks after receiving it.
Methods of payment
Let's shop Airbus only accepts credit card payments.
What kind of credit cards will be accepted?
We accept the following credit cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express.
After selecting the payment method you will be required to enter the Name on Card, select the Credit Card Type,
enter the Credit Card Number and select the Expiration Date and the Card Verification Number.
Credit card details are verified via our secure payment gateway for validity and availability of funds.
Once these details have been checked the transaction is processed and completed.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the Let´s Shop Airbus logistic partner ships the ordered items at which point you will also get the tracking number of the shipment.

All prices quoted on this site are in Euro.
Sales Tax / VAT at Let's shop Airbus
All prices you find in this shop include 19% VAT. Depending on the delivery destination our system will show you the total price at the end of the checkout process including delivery charges. Please note that for shipments outside of the European Union you will have to pay your local VAT and sales tax when receiving your order.

How do I track my order / how do I get a tracking no.?
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail which includes the tracking no. of our parcel service. This number is linked to the homepage of the parcel service where you can check the shipment status of your order by clicking the hyperlink, if an internet connection exists.
For some countries only a limited tracking service is available. In this case you will only be able to track your order to the hub of the parcel service in the particular country. If the time of the delivery exceeds the time indicated during the checkout process and in your order confirmation, contact us via e-mail at customercare@airbus-shop.com. Please include your order no. so that we are able to track down the parcel for you.
I have problems with my delivery
If you discover there has been a delay in the delivery of your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can take action on your behalf and respond quickly. Our philosophy is to do everything in our power to correct any problems.
What are the delivery costs per destination?
Our delivery charges depend on the destination to which your order will be shipped. You can check the estimated delivery costs for your order in the shopping cart. Simply choose your country in the drop-down menu Estimate Shipping and Tax and click Update Total.

We are doing our utmost effort to provide you with your ordered items as soon as we receive your order (pending availability of the products of course). Your order is shipped within two working days from our logistic centre.

I would like to return an order. What do I have to do?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase you will have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery with no penalty. You will find the return details in the section "Return Policy". Please specify the reasons for withdrawal in the return form, which is included in your delivery.
The return of items must be made at the purchasers expense to the following address:

The products must be returned in the same conditions as they were received. Unused, complete with all their components, with the original packaging and with any attached manuals.
Transport risks of all returns of products entirely at the expense of the purchaser.
We will accept delivery of the returned items, reserving the right to verify that they are in perfect condition.
I would like to exchange an order. What do I have to do?
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color please also fill in the return form. Please specify the size or color you prefer in exchange.

What if my shipment is incomplete or I received the wrong item ?
Please contact us via email at customercare@airbus-shop.com. In the email please state your order number and tell us which item is wrong or missing. We will immediately check your order data und get back to you within 3 business day to either replace the missing items or exchange the wrong ones.
When will I receive a credit for my return ?
After we receive the returned items we will immediately check the condition of the articles. If your claims for a refund are valid you will receive the payment after 30 days latest. The amount will automatically be credited to your credit card account. You will be able to check this on your credit card statement.
Do you confirm receipt of my return ?
Yes. As soon as we receive your shipment arrives you will initially get an email that your shipment has arrived and that we will check it within the next 3 business days. After inspection you will obtain another email in which we explain the further details (credit note, exchange of items etc.)
